Summary of course
This interactive two-day course focuses on preparing delegates for the viva (oral) component of the FRCS (Orth) in a friendly atmosphere. Delegates will work through a range of techniques to improve both oral skills and orthopaedic clinical examination skills.
The course will cover a variety of topics, including:
Introduction to the FRCS (Orth) examination
Negotiating the requirements of the course
Clinical examination session – history taking
Introduction to positive critiquing
